DECREE-LAW

No. 28 dated September 10, 1945

CHAIRMAN OF THE PROVISIONAL GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

Pursuant to the Decree-Law of September 10, 1945 on the organization of Customs and Indirect Tax Departments,

At the proposal of the Minister of Finance,

ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE:

Article 1: Mr. Trịnh Văn Bích, Director of the North Department of Direct Taxes, is hereby appointed as General Director of the Customs and Indirect Tax Departments.

Article 2: The Minister of Finance shall be authorized to implement this Decree-Law.
