Regarding the approval of the Scheme for the reorganization and modernization of state-owned agricultural and forestry farms under the People's Committee of Soc Trang Province
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 170/2004/NĐ-CP dated September 22, 2004 on the restructuring, renovation, and development of state-owned farms;
Pursuant to Decree No. 200/2004/NĐ-CP dated December 3, 2004 of the Government on the reorganization, modernization, and development of state-owned forest enterprises;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development and the Chairman of the People's Committee of Soc Trang Province,
DECISION:
Article 1. Approves the Scheme for the reorganization and modernization of state-owned agricultural and forestry farms directly under the People's Committee of Soc Trang Province as follows:
1. Transfer Agricultural Farm 30/4 to Soc Trang Agricultural Company,
2. Transfer Soc Trang Forestry Farm to Soc Trang Forestry Company.
Article 2. Chairman of the People's Committee of Soc Trang Province:
1. Direct the implementation of the reorganization and modernization of state-owned agricultural and forestry farms as stipulated in Article 1 of this Decision.
2. Decide to adjust the area and boundaries of various types of land allocated to agricultural and forestry companies in accordance with the local agricultural and forestry development plan and the development plan of each company as proposed by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development in the report No. 2552/BNN-ĐMDN dated October 6, 2005.
Article 3. The Ministries of Agriculture and Rural Development, Finance, Planning and Investment, Natural Resources and Environment, Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs, Home Affairs, and other relevant ministries shall coordinate with the People's Committee of Soc Trang Province in implementing this Scheme.
Article 4. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Soc Trang Province and the heads of relevant agencies are responsible for enforcing this Decision./.
