PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Government Organization dated December 25, 2001;
On the basis of the Education Law dated June 14, 2005; On the basis of Decree No. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law;
Considering the proposal of the Ministry of Education and Training at Circular No. 997/TTr-BGDĐT dated February 13, 2008 regarding the renaming of Hanoi University of Agriculture I to Hanoi University of Agriculture,
Rename Hanoi University of Agriculture I to Hanoi University of Agriculture.
DECISION:
Article 1. Hanoi University of Agriculture is a public institution under the Ministry of Education and Training.
Article 2. Hanoi University of Agriculture is a public service unit with legal personality, having its own seal and separate account in accordance with the law; its headquarters is located in Hanoi City; its English name for transactions is Hanoi University of Agriculture (abbreviated as HUA).
Hanoi University of Agriculture operates in accordance with the Charter of universities issued by the Prime Minister.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of signing and abolishes previous regulations that are contrary to this Decision.
Article 4. Ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees under central cities, and Rector of Hanoi University of Agriculture are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
Article 5. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government agencies, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees under the central government, and the Rector of the Hanoi University of Agriculture shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
