Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Law on Competition and Reward dated November 26, 2003, and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Competition and Reward dated June 14, 2005;
Pursuant to Decree No. 121/2005/NĐ-CP dated September 30, 2005 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain articles of the Law on Competition and Reward and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Competition and Reward;
Considering the proposal of the General Director of Vietnam Chemicals Corporation (Proposal No. 202/TTr-HCVN dated March 7, 2008) and the Head of the Central Competition and Reward Board (Proposal No. 275/TTr-BTĐKT dated March 10, 2008),
DECISION:
Article 1. Awarding a Commendation from the Prime Minister to:
Unilever Vietnam Company for its outstanding achievements in production and business from 2005 to 2007, contributing to the cause of building socialism and defending the country.
Article 2. The General Director of Vietnam Chemicals Corporation, the Head of the Central Competition and Reward Board, and the entities named in Article 1 shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
