Regarding the awarding of commendations by the Prime Minister

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Law on Competition and Reward dated November 26, 2003, and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Competition and Reward dated June 14, 2005;
Pursuant to Decree No. 121/2005/NĐ-CP dated September 30, 2005 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain articles of the Law on Competition and Reward and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Competition and Reward;
Considering the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Nang City (Report No. 1233/TTr-BQP dated March 5, 2008) and the Director of the Central Board for Competition and Reward (Report No. 286/TTr-BTĐKT dated March 13, 2008),
DECISION:
Article 1. Award a Commendation from the Prime Minister to the Danang Foreign Service Center under the Department of Foreign Affairs of Da Nang City for its achievements in work from 2005 to 2007, contributing to the cause of building socialism and defending the country.
Article 2. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Nang City, the Director of the Central Board for Competition and Reward, and the entities named in Article 1 shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
