THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION

Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government stipulating the tasks, powers, and responsibilities of State management of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 4, 1994 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;

Pursuant to Decree No. 38/1998/NĐ-CP dated June 9, 1998 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Decree on Thrift and Anti-Waste issued together with Presidential Decree No. 02/CTN dated March 9, 1998;

At the proposal of the Director of the Institute of Construction Economics.

Pursuant to …;

Article 1: Attached hereto is the "Standard Allowances for Repair Work in Basic Construction".

Article 2: This "Standard Allowances for Repair Work in Basic Construction" shall serve as the basis for establishing unit prices, construction estimates for repair work, and settlement of completed construction volumes for repair work in basic construction.

Article 3: This "Standard Allowances for Repair Work in Basic Construction" shall be uniformly applied throughout the country and take effect from January 1, 2001.
