Approving the electoral units and number of representatives to be elected to the Provincial People's Council for the supplementary election term 1999-2004
of Ca Mau Province
THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to Article 9, Article 10, Article 11, and Article 59 of the Law on Elections of People's Council Deputies (amended) dated June 21, 1994;
Pursuant to the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ca Mau Province in Document No. 11/TTr-UB dated June 5, 2001, and the Minister - Head of the Organization and Cadre Affairs Department under the Government in Report No. 193/TTr-BTCCBCP dated June 11, 2001,
DECREE:
Article 1. Approves the supplementary election of 3 (three) representatives to the Provincial People's Council elected from Electoral Unit No. 1 and No. 2 in the city of Ca Mau and Electoral Unit No. 18 in Ngoc Hien District, Ca Mau Province.
Article 2. The Chairperson of the Provincial People's Council, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ca Mau Province; the Minister - Head of the Organization and Cadre Affairs Department under the Government, and the Minister - Director of the Government Office shall be responsible for implementing this Decree.
