OF THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION NO. 29/2001/QĐ-BXD
DATED OCTOBER 19, 2001 ON THE FORMS OF HOUSING PURCHASE CONTRACTS AND APPLICATION FORMS FOR OWNERSHIP CERTIFICATES OF HOUSING AND LAND USE RIGHTS APPLICABLE TO VIETNAMESE OVERSEAS RESIDENTS PURCHASING HOUSING IN VIETNAM ACCORDING TO GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 81/2001/NĐ-CP DATED OCTOBER 5, 2001
THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION
Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents dated November 12, 1996;
Pursuant to Government Decree No. 81/2001/NĐ-CP dated October 5, 2001 regarding Vietnamese overseas residents purchasing housing in Vietnam;
Pursuant to Government Decision No. 15/CP dated March 4, 1994 on the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;
Upon the proposal of the Director of the Housing Management Department,
DECIDES:
Article 1. To promulgate with this Decision the forms of housing purchase contracts and application forms for ownership certificates of housing and land use rights applicable to Vietnamese overseas residents purchasing housing in Vietnam as prescribed by Government Decree No. 81/2001/NĐ-CP dated October 5, 2001.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from November 20, 2001.
Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, governmental agencies, provincial People's Committees and organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing the contracts and application forms for ownership certificates promulgated with this Decision./.
