Regarding the assignment of doctoral training tasks to the Institute of Religious Studies

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Pursuant to the Education Law dated December 2, 1998;
Pursuant to Decree No. 43/2000/NĐ-CP dated August 30, 2000 detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Education and Training in Circular No. 722/SĐH dated February 2, 2001,
DECISION:
Article 1. Assigning the task of doctoral training to the Institute of Religious Studies under the National Center for Social Sciences and Humanities.
Article 2. The Ministry of Education and Training shall take the lead and coordinate with the Ministry of Science, Technology, and Environment, and the National Center for Social Sciences and Humanities to define the specialized fields for doctoral training at the Institute of Religious Studies.
Article 3. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SIGNATURE.
Article 4. Ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of provincial and centrally-administered city People's Committees are responsible for implementing this Decision.
