Regarding the approval of the Scheme for the reorganization, renovation, and development of state-owned forest farms under the People's Committee of Quang Tri Province

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decree No. 200/2004/NĐ-CP dated December 3, 2004 of the Government on the reorganization, modernization, and development of state-owned forest enterprises;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development and the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Tri Province,
DECISION:
Article 1. Approves the Scheme for the reorganization, renovation, and development of state-owned forest farms under the People's Committee of Quang Tri Province as follows:
1. Transfer Forest Farm Route 9 to become the Forestry Company Route 9.
2. Transfer Forest Farm Huong Hoa to become the Management Board of Protective Forests Huong Hoa - Dakrong.
3. Separate a part, transfer it to become the Management Board of Protective Forests, and the remaining part to become the Forestry Company for:
- Forest Farm Ben Hai;
- Forest Farm Trieu Hai.
Article 2. Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Tri Province:
1. Direct the implementation of the reorganization, renovation, and development of state-owned forest farms as provided in Article 1 of this Decision.
2. Decide to adjust the area and boundaries of land allocated to forestry companies and management boards of protective forests in accordance with the local forestry development plan and the forest development plan of each forest farm as proposed by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development in the report No. 3270/BNN-ĐMDN dated December 19, 2005.
Article 3. Ministries: Agriculture and Rural Development, Finance, Planning and Investment, Home Affairs, Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs, Natural Resources and Environment, and related agencies shall coordinate with the People's Committee of Quang Tri Province in implementing this Scheme.
The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development shall be responsible for monitoring and urging the implementation of this Decision.
Article 4. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Tri Province and the heads of related agencies are responsible for enforcing this Decision ./
