THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING
Pursuant to Decree No. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law;
Pursuant to Decree No. 178/2007/ND-CP dated December 3, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 32/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 19, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
The Minister of Education and Training promulgates this Circular amending and supplementing certain provisions of the Regulations on the procedures for recognizing diplomas issued to Vietnamese citizens by foreign educational institutions accompanying Decision No. 77/2007/QĐ-BGDĐT dated December 20, 2007 of the Minister of Education and Training.
DECISION:
Article 1. These regulations on the cycle and process for quality assessment of educational programs of universities, colleges, and vocational colleges are hereby promulgated together with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Director of the Office, the Director of the Department of Examinations and Quality Assessment of Education, Heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training; Heads of management bodies of universities, academies, and colleges; Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally-administered cities; Rectors of universities and academies; Principals of colleges and vocational colleges are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
