Issuing the Training Program for Overseas Education Counseling Business

Pursuant to Decree No. 36/2012/NĐ-CP dated April 18, 2012, of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

Pursuant to Decree No. 32/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 19, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;

Pursuant to Decree No. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law; Decree No. 31/2011/NĐ-CP dated May 11, 2011 of the Government amending and supplementing certain provisions of Decree No. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law; Decree No. 07/2013/NĐ-CP dated January 9, 2013 of the Government amending point b Clause 13 Article 13 of Decree No. 31/2011/NĐ-CP dated May 11, 2011 of the Government amending and supplementing certain provisions of Decree No. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law;

The Minister of Education and Training issues this Circular amending and supplementing certain articles of the Regulation on managing Vietnamese citizens studying abroad promulgated together with Circular No. 10/2014/TT-BGDĐT dated April 11, 2014, issued by the Minister of Education and Training.

Pursuant to the Minutes of the Examination Board dated May 21, 2013 on the Training Program for Overseas Education Counseling Business;

At the request of the Director of the Department of International Education Cooperation,

The Minister of Education and Training issues this Circular on the Training Program for Overseas Education Counseling Business.

Article 1. Attached to this Circular is the Training Program for Overseas Education Counseling Business.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from September 9, 2013.

Article 3. The Heads of the Office, the Director of the Department of International Education Cooperation, the Heads of units under the Ministry of Education and Training, the Directors of Departments of Education and Training, and the Heads of educational institutions assigned the task of training overseas education counseling business shall be responsible for implementing this Circular.
