Repeals Circular Joint Circular No. 225/2012/TTLT-BTC-BKHĐT-BTTTT dated December 26, 2012 of the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Planning and Investment, and the Ministry of Information and Communications guiding the management and use of state budget funds for implementing the National Target Program to bring information to mountainous areas, remote regions, border areas, and islands during the period 2012-2015 On the basis of Decree No. 34/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2016 of the Government detailing certain provisions and measures to implement the Law on Issuing Legal Normative Documents and Decree No. 154/2020/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2020 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 34/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2016 of the Government detailing certain provisions and measures to implement the Law on Issuing Legal Normative Documents;

Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Activities 2015, amended and supplemented in 2020;

After receiving the unified opinions of the Ministry of Planning and Investment, the Ministry of Information and Communications, the Minister of Finance issues this Circular to repeal Circular Joint Circular No. 225/2012/TTLT-BTC-BKHĐT-BTTTT dated December 26, 2012 of the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Planning and Investment, and the Ministry of Information and Communications guiding the management and use of state budget funds for implementing the National Target Program to bring information to mountainous areas, remote regions, border areas, and islands during the period 2012-2015.

Pursuant to Decree No. 14/2023/NĐ-CP dated April 20, 2023, issued by the Government, stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;

At the proposal of the Director of the Administrative and Public Financial Affairs Department,

Repeals entirely Circular Joint Circular No. 225/2012/TTLT-BTC-BKHĐT-BTTTT dated December 26, 2012 of the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Planning and Investment, and the Ministry of Information and Communications guiding the management and use of state budget funds for implementing the National Target Program to bring information to mountainous areas, remote regions, border areas, and islands during the period 2012-2015.

Article 1. This Circular takes effect from July 10, 2023.

This Circular takes effect from July 10, 2023.

2. The Director of the Administrative and Public Financial Affairs Department, Heads of units under the Ministry of Finance, and related agencies, organizations, and individuals shall be responsible for implementing this Circular.
