DECREE-LAW
No. 29B dated September 10, 1945
CHAIRMAN OF THE PROVISIONAL GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to the proposal of the Minister of Justice,
After deliberation on September 10, 1945,
ENACTS:
Article II: Mr. Le Dinh Tran and Hoang Gia Duc, Second-Rank Governor, and Mr. Dang Trinh Ky, Second-Rank Prefect, who are currently serving as advisors at the High Court of Hanoi, shall resume their official positions from September 14, 1945.
Article II: Mr. Phan Cao Doan, former Registrar of the First Instance Court of Hanoi, who is currently serving as Prosecutor there, shall retire effective September 10, 1945.
Article III: The Chief Judge at the High Court of Hanoi shall be responsible for implementing this Decree-Law./.
