Pursuant to the Enterprise Law No. 13/1999/QH10 dated December 6, 1999;
Pursuant to Government Decree No. 03/2000/NĐ-CP dated February 3, 2000 guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Enterprise Law;
Pursuant to Government Decree No. 30/2000/NĐ-CP dated August 11, 2000 on abolishing some permits and converting some permits into business conditions;
At the proposal of the Head of the Legal Affairs Department of Transport and heads of relevant Departments and Bureaus.
DECISION:
Article 1. Announcing the transport permits that have been prescribed in Laws, Ordinances, and Decrees still in effect and the regulations regarding procedures, conditions, competent authorities issuing permits, and the validity period of each permit according to the attached list issued with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from October 1, 2000.
Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Head of the Legal Affairs Department of Transport, the Directors of the Vietnam Road Administration Bureau, the Vietnam Inland Waterway Administration Bureau, the Vietnam Vehicle Inspection Bureau, the Directors of Provincial Transport Departments, Public Works Departments, and heads of relevant agencies and units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
