Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
BASED ON THE LAW ON COMPETITION AND RECOGNITION OF MERIT dated November 26, 2003, and THE LAW AMENDING AND COMPLEMENTING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE LAW ON COMPETITION AND RECOGNITION OF MERIT dated June 14, 2005;
BASED ON DECREE NO. 121/2005/NĐ-CP dated September 30, 2005 OF THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING DETAILS AND GUIDELINES FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE LAW ON COMPETITION AND RECOGNITION OF MERIT AND THE LAW AMENDING AND COMPLEMENTING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE LAW ON COMPETITION AND RECOGNITION OF MERIT;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE GENERAL DIRECTOR OF THE VIETNAM TEXTILE AND GARMENT GROUP (PAPER NO. 205/TTr-TĐDMVN dated March 3, 2008) AND THE HEAD OF THE NATIONAL COMPETITION AND RECOGNITION OF MERIT COMMITTEE (PAPER NO. 297/TTr-BTĐKT dated March 14, 2008),
DECISION:
Article 1. AWARDING THE MERIT BADGE OF THE GOVERNMENT PRIME MINISTER TO:
MR. NGUYEN BA QUANG, GENERAL DIRECTOR OF HUE TEXTILE AND GARMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY, VIETNAM TEXTILE AND GARMENT GROUP, FOR MANY ACHIEVEMENTS IN WORK FROM 2003 TO 2007, CONTRIBUTING TO THE CAUSE OF BUILDING SOCIALISM AND DEFENDING THE COUNTRY.
Article 2. THE GENERAL DIRECTOR OF THE VIETNAM TEXTILE AND GARMENT GROUP, THE HEAD OF THE NATIONAL COMPETITION AND RECOGNITION OF MERIT COMMITTEE, AND THE INDIVIDUAL MENTIONED IN ARTICLE 1 SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECISION. / .
