Regarding the revocation of Decision No. 42/2006/QD-BGTVT
dated December 19, 2006, issued by the Ministry of Transport

Pursuant to Decree No. 34/2003/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2003, of the Government, stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;
Pursuant to Decree No. 104/2004/NĐ-CP dated March 23, 2004, of the Government on the Official Gazette of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
At the proposal of the Director of the Ministry's Office.
DECISION:
Article 1. Revoke Decision No. 42/2006/QD-BGTVT dated December 19, 2006, issued by the Ministry of Transport, promulgating Industry Standard 22 TCN 354-06 "Technical Requirements and Testing Methods for Acrylic Resin-Based Bitumen Emulsion Materials," due to its registration number being identical to that of Decision No. 42/2006/QD-BGTVT issued on November 29, 2006.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, the Head of the Science and Technology Department, the Director of the Vietnam Highway Administration, the Directors of the Departments of Transport, Public Works, and other responsible heads of relevant agencies and units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
