Regarding the awarding of commendations by the Prime Minister

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Law on Competition and Reward dated November 26, 2003, and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Competition and Reward dated June 14, 2005;
Pursuant to Decree No. 121/2005/NĐ-CP dated September 30, 2005 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain articles of the Law on Competition and Reward and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Competition and Reward;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the President's Office (Proposal No. 03/TTr-VPCTN dated January 30, 2008) and the Head of the Central Steering Committee for Competition and Reward (Proposal No. 253/TTr-BTĐKT dated March 4, 2008),
DECISION:
Article 1. Awarding commendations from the Prime Minister to four individuals belonging to the President's Office (with attached list), who have achieved notable results in their work from 2003 to 2007, contributing to the cause of building socialism and defending the country.
Article 2. The Director of the President's Office, the Head of the Central Steering Committee for Competition and Reward, and the individuals named in Article 1 are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
