PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Pursuant to Decree No. 43/2000/NĐ-CP dated August 30, 2000 detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Education and Training in Document No. 722/SĐH dated February 2, 2001,
DECISION:
Article 1. The task of training doctoral candidates is assigned to the Institute of Folk Culture Research under the National Center for Social Sciences and Humanities.
Article 2. The Ministry of Education and Training shall take the lead and coordinate with the Ministry of Science and Technology and Environment, and the National Center for Social Sciences and Humanities to define the specializations for training doctoral candidates at the Institute of Folk Culture Research.
Article 3. This Decision shall take effect 15 days from the date of signature.
Article 4. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of agencies under the Government, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees directly under the Central Government are responsible for implementing this Decision.
