ISSUING PROVISIONAL LABOR AND EQUIPMENT CONSUMPTION RATES IN THE PRODUCTION OF TELEVISION PROGRAMS

BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 187/2007/NĐ-CP OF DECEMBER 25, 2007 ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS;
WHEREAS Decision No. 39/2008/QĐ-TTg dated March 14, 2008 of the Prime Minister on the issuance of regulations on tendering, ordering, and assigning tasks for the provision of public service goods funded by the state budget;
AT THE REQUEST OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE RADIO, TELEVISION AND ELECTRONIC INFORMATION MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT AND THE HEAD OF THE PLANNING AND FINANCE DEPARTMENT,
c) Enterprises may be granted permission for no more than one block out of the total three dual-frequency blocks (FDD) B
Article 1. THIS CIRCULAR ADOPTS PROVISIONAL CONSUMPTION RATES FOR LABOR AND EQUIPMENT IN THE PRODUCTION OF TELEVISION PROGRAMS.
Article 2. THE PROVISIONAL RATES ISSUED BY THIS CIRCULAR SHALL BE APPLIED IN THE MANAGEMENT OF TELEVISION SERVICES FUNDED BY THE STATE BUDGET DURING THE TENDERING, ORDERING, AND ASSIGNING TASKS PERIOD FROM 2010 TO 2012 CONDUCTED BY THE MINISTRY OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION.
Article 3. THIS CIRCULAR TAKES EFFECT FROM FEBRUARY 15, 2011./.
