ISSUING THE REGULAR TEACHER PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM FOR UPPER SECONDARY SCHOOLS

Pursuant to the Education Law on June 14, 2005; the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Education Law on November 25, 2009;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 178/2007/NĐ-CP OF DECEMBER 3, 2007, PROVIDING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF MINISTRIES AND GOVERNMENT AGENCIES AT THE MINISTRY LEVEL;
Pursuant to Decree No. 32/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 19, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
Pursuant to Decree No. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 31/2011/NĐ-CP OF MAY 11, 2011, AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING CERTAIN ARTICLES OF THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 75/2006/NĐ-CP OF AUGUST 2, 2006, PROVIDING DETAILED REGULATIONS AND GUIDELINES FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE EDUCATION LAW;
BASED ON THE MINUTES OF THE MEETING TO REVIEW THE REGULAR TEACHER PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM FOR UPPER SECONDARY SCHOOLS ON DECEMBER 30, 2010, OF THE REVIEW BOARD FOR THE REGULAR TEACHER PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM FOR UPPER SECONDARY SCHOOLS;
PURSUANT TO THE PROPOSAL OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE NATIONAL TEACHERS AND SCHOOL MANAGEMENT STAFF CULTURAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT, THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING DECIDES:
Article 1. TO ISSUE THE REGULAR TEACHER PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM FOR UPPER SECONDARY SCHOOLS ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR.
Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM SEPTEMBER 22, 2011. ANY PROVISIONS CONTRARY TO THIS CIRCULAR SHALL BE ABROGATED.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE OFFICE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE NATIONAL TEACHERS AND SCHOOL MANAGEMENT STAFF CULTURAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT, THE HEADS OF THE UNITS UNDER THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING RELATED TO THIS CIRCULAR, THE DIRECTORS OF THE DEPARTMENTS OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING, THE HEADS OF THE INSTITUTIONS PROVIDING TRAINING AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT FOR UPPER SECONDARY SCHOOL TEACHERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS CIRCULAR./.
