ISSUING NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS ON VETERINARY SANITARY CONDITIONS
WHEREAS, Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulates the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development; Decree No. 75/2009/ND-CP dated September 10, 2009 of the Government amending Article 3 of Decree No. 01/2008/CP dated January 3, 2008;
Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
Pursuant to the Veterinary Law dated April 29, 2004;
CONSIDERING the proposal of the Director of the Department of Science, Technology and Environment, the Director of the Animal Health Service;
THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT issues National Technical Regulations on Veterinary Sanitary Conditions.
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR ARE 02 NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS:
1. National Technical Regulations on Veterinary Sanitary Conditions for animal quarantine zones and animal products quarantine zones.
DESIGNATION: QCVN 01 - 99: 2012/BNNPTNT
2. National Technical Regulations: General requirements for veterinary sanitary conditions of equipment, tools, means of transport for live animals and fresh and processed animal products.
DESIGNATION: QCVN 01 - 100: 2012/BNNPTNT
Article 2. This Circular takes effect six months from the date of issuance.
Article 3. The Director of the Department of Science, Technology and Environment, the Director of the Animal Health Service, Heads of relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals shall be responsible for implementing these regulations.
During the implementation process, if there are difficulties, agencies, organizations, and individuals shall promptly report to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development for study, amendment, and supplementation./.
