ISSUING TECHNICAL REGULATIONS TO AMEND AND SUPPLEMENT CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATION QCVN 1:2009/BKHCN ON GASOLINE, DIESEL FUEL, AND BIOFUELS PROMULGATED BY DECREE NO. 20/2009/TT-BKHCN DATED SEPTEMBER 30, 2009

OF THE MINISTRY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY
BASED ON THE DECISION NO. 53/2012/QĐ-TTg DATED NOVEMBER 22, 2012 OF THE PRIME MINISTER ON THE ROADMAP FOR APPLYING THE MIXING RATIO OF BIOFUELS WITH TRADITIONAL FUELS;
THE MINISTER OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY ISSUES THE NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATION TO AMEND AND SUPPLEMENT CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATION QCVN 1:2009/BKHCN ON GASOLINE, DIESEL FUEL, AND BIOFUELS PROMULGATED BY DECREE NO. 20/2009/TT-BKHCN DATED SEPTEMBER 30, 2009 OF THE MINISTER OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY.

Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
Based on Decree No. 132/2008/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2008 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions
Pursuant to Decree No. 20/2013/NĐ-CP dated February 26, 2013 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Science and Technology;
ACCOMPANYING THIS DECREE ARE THE NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS TO AMEND AND SUPPLEMENT CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATION QCVN 1:2009/BKHCN ON GASOLINE, DIESEL FUEL, AND BIOFUELS PROMULGATED ACCOMPANYING DECREE NO. 20/2009/TT-BKHCN DATED SEPTEMBER 30, 2009 OF THE MINISTER OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY.
At the proposal of the General Director of the Standardization, Metrology and Quality Control Department;
1. THIS DECREE SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM DECEMBER 1, 2014.
Article 1. 2. THE DIRECTOR OF THE NATIONAL STANDARDS INSTITUTE, HEADS OF ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS CONCERNED SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECREE./.
Article 2. The General Department of Standardization, Metrology and Quality Assurance is responsible for guiding and organizing the implementation of this Circular.
Article 3.
1. This Circular shall take effect from December 1, 2014.
2. The Director of the General Department of Standardization, Metrology and Quality, the Heads of relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals shall be responsible for implementing this Circular./.
