DECISION:
Article 1.
Announced together with this Decision is the List of 01 administrative procedure revised and supplemented in the Forestry field under the authority to resolve of the Province Agriculture and Rural Development Department of Ben Tre Province (attached list).
Article 2.
This Decision takes effect from the date of signing. Abolish 01 administrative procedure in the Forestry field in the list of administrative procedures replaced (item number 03) issued together with Decision No.
690/QĐ-UBND dated April 12, 2019 of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on announcing the List of 05 new administrative procedures, 06 administrative procedures replaced, and 33 administrative procedures abolished in the Forestry field under the authority to resolve of the Province Agriculture and Rural Development Department of Ben Tre Province.Article 3.
Entrust the Province Agriculture and Rural Development Department to review and amend internal procedures in the Forestry field (procedure number 08) issued together with Decision No. 2278/QĐ-UBND dated October 17, 2019 of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee approving internal procedures in handling administrative procedures under the authority to accept and resolve of the Province Agriculture and Rural Development Department of Ben Tre Province.
Article 4.
The Head of the Provincial People's Committee Office, the Director of the Province Agriculture and Rural Development Department, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
