DECISION OF THE PRIME MINISTER
Regarding the assignment of the task of training master's degree students to the Hanoi Private Management and Business University
and Hanoi Commerce
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Education Law dated December 2, 1998;
Pursuant to Decree No. 43/2000/NĐ-CP dated August 30, 2000 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Education and Training in Document No. 9441/BGD&ĐT-ĐH&SĐH dated October 14, 2005 regarding the assignment of the task of training master's degree students to the Hanoi Private Management and Business University,
DECISION:
Article 1. Assigning the task of training master's degree students to the Hanoi Private Management and Business University.
Article 2. The Ministry of Education and Training shall examine and specify the specific fields of master's degree training for the Hanoi Private Management and Business University.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government agencies, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, and Rector of the Hanoi Private Management and Business University are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
