Regarding the awarding of commendations by the Prime Minister

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Law on Competition and Reward dated November 26, 2003, and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Competition and Reward dated June 14, 2005;
Pursuant to Decree No. 121/2005/ND-CP dated September 30, 2005 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain articles of the Law on Competition and Reward and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Competition and Reward;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Education and Training (Proposal No. 13012/TT-BGDDT dated December 12, 2007) and the Head of the Central Board for Competition and Reward (Proposal No. 200/TT-BTDKT dated February 14, 2008),
DECISION:
Article 1. Awarding Commendations of the Prime Minister to two collectives and one individual (with attached list), who have achieved many accomplishments in education and training, contributing to the cause of building socialism and defending the country.
Article 2. The Minister of Education and Training, the Head of the Central Board for Competition and Reward, and the collectives and individuals named in Article 1 shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
