THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
- Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decision No. 178/CP dated October 28, 1994 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
- Pursuant to Decree No. 25/CP dated May 23, 1993 of the Government providing temporary regulations on the new salary system for civil servants, administrative officials, and armed forces personnel;
- Pursuant to Decision No. 654/TTg dated November 8, 1994 of the Prime Minister on the implementation of tasks related to the allocation and preferential lending of state investment development capital at the Ministry of Finance;
- Pursuant to Circular No. 498 CB/TCCP dated October 19, 1993 of the Personnel and Cadres Office of the Government on the delegation of authority for determining salaries for civil servants and officials on a temporary basis;

Article 1: - Reclassify the salaries for two civil servants and officials under the Investment Development Bureau of Tiền Giang Province (as attached list). The effective date of the new salary is January 1, 1995.
Article 2: - The Heads of the Personnel and Cadres Department and Training Department, the Head of the Financial Affairs and Administration Department, the Director of the Investment Development General Department, and those civil servants and officials named in Article 1 shall be responsible for implementing this decision.
