ISSUING THE REGULAR TRAINING PROGRAM FOR LOWER SECONDARY SCHOOL TEACHERS

Pursuant to the Education Law on June 14, 2005; the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Education Law on November 25, 2009;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 178/2007/NĐ-CP OF DECEMBER 3, 2007 DEFINING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF MINISTRIES AND GOVERNMENTAL BODIES AT MINISTERIAL LEVEL;
Pursuant to Decree No. 32/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 19, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
Pursuant to Decree No. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 31/2011/NĐ-CP OF MAY 11, 2011 AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 75/2006/NĐ-CP OF AUGUST 2, 2006 PROVIDING DETAILED GUIDELINES FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE EDUCATION LAW;
BASED ON THE MINUTES OF THE REVIEW MEETING ON DECEMBER 30, 2010 OF THE REVIEW BOARD FOR THE REGULAR TRAINING PROGRAM FOR LOWER SECONDARY SCHOOL TEACHERS;
At the proposal of the Director of the Teacher and School Management Officer Department,
THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING DECIDES:
Article 1. TO ISSUE THE REGULAR TRAINING PROGRAM FOR LOWER SECONDARY SCHOOL TEACHERS ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR.
Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM SEPTEMBER 22, 2011. ANY PROVISIONS CONTRARY TO THIS CIRCULAR SHALL BE ABROGATED.
Article 3. THE DIRECTOR OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, DIRECTORS OF THE TEACHERS AND EDUCATIONAL MANAGEMENT STAFF COUNCIL, HEADS OF UNITS UNDER THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING RELATED TO THIS CIRCULAR, DIRECTORS OF PROVINCE EDUCATION AND TRAINING DEPARTMENTS, HEADS OF INSTITUTIONS PARTICIPATING IN THE TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT OF LOWER SECONDARY SCHOOL TEACHERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS CIRCULAR./.
