CIRCULAR
Issuing the Archiving Procedure for Land Records

Pursuant to the Land Law No. 13/2003/QH11 dated November 26, 2003;
Pursuant to the Law on Archives No. 01/2011/QH13 dated November 11, 2011;
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 102/2008/NĐ-CP, September 15, 2008, on the collection, management, exploitation, and utilization of data on natural resources and the environment;
Pursuant to Decree No. 21/2013/NĐ-CP dated March 4, 2013, promulgated by the Government, stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;
At the proposal of the Director General of the National Land Administration, the Head of the Science and Technology Department, and the Head of the Legal Department;
The Minister of Natural Resources and Environment issues this Circular on the Archiving Procedure for Land Records.
Article 1. The Archiving Procedure for Land Records is promulgated together with this Circular.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from December 9, 2013.
Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, central-affiliated agencies, provincial People's Committees under the Central Government, units under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular.
