CIRCULAR

Issuing National Technical Regulations on Ground Survey Methods

Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;

Pursuant to the Law on Minerals dated November 17, 2010;

Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;

Pursuant to Decree No. 15/2012/NĐ-CP dated March 9, 2012 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Minerals;

Pursuant to Decree No. 21/2013/NĐ-CP dated March 4, 2013 of the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;

At the proposal of the Director General of Vietnam Geological and Mineral Resource Administration, the Head of Science and Technology Department and the Head of Legal Affairs Department;

The Minister of Natural Resources and Environment issues this Circular to stipulate National Technical Regulations on Ground Survey Methods.

Article 1. This Circular hereby promulgates National Technical Regulation No. QCVN 58:2014/BTNMT on Ground Survey Methodology, attached hereto.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from August 8, 2014.

Article 3. The Director General of Vietnam Geological and Mineral Resource Administration, Heads of units under the Ministry, Directors of Provincial Natural Resources and Environment Departments in centrally governed cities and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
