Issuing the List of Toponyms, Topographic, Hydrographic, and Socio-Economic Names for the Purpose of Establishing Maps of Tay Ninh Province

to serve the establishment of the land map of Da Nang cityg

Pursuant to Decree No. 21/2013/NĐ-CP dated March 4, 2013, promulgated by the Government, stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;

Pursuant to Decree No. 45/2015/NĐ-CP dated May 6, 2015 of the Government on surveying and mapping activities;

AT THE SUGGESTION OF THE DIRECTOR OF VIETNAM SURVEYING AND MAPPING AGENCY AND THE HEAD OF THE LEGAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT;

The Minister of Natural Resources and Environment issues this Circular on the List of Place Names, Topography, Hydrography, and Socio-Economic Information for the Purpose of Establishing the Land Map of Da Nang City.

Article 1. Attached to this Circular is the List of Place Names, Topography, Hydrography, and Socio-Economic Information for the Purpose of Establishing the Land Map of Da Nang City.

Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM AUGUST 20, 2015.

Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, agencies under the Government, People's Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
