Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Documents dated June 22, 2015;
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 34/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2016 detailing certain provisions and measures for implementing the Law on Legislative Acts of Regulations;
At the proposal of the Minister of Justice;
The Prime Minister issues this Decision to abolish certain legislative regulatory documents in the fields of national defense; finance; banking.
Article 1. Abolish certain legislative regulatory documents in the fields of national defense; finance; banking, including:
1. Decision No. 135/2000/QĐ-TTg dated November 28, 2000 of the Prime Minister approving the Scheme for Consolidation, Improvement, and Development of People's Credit Funds.
2. Decision No. 92/2005/QĐ-TTg dated April 29, 2005 of the Prime Minister on the implementation of regulations for military personnel from ethnic minorities belonging to Military Zones 7 and 9 who participated in the resistance war against the United States and returned to their home regions before January 10, 1982.
3. Decision No. 230/2005/QĐ-TTg dated September 21, 2005 of the Prime Minister piloting the shareholding reform of the Vietnam Bank for Foreign Trade.
4. Decision No. 117/2008/QĐ-TTg dated August 27, 2008 of the Prime Minister adjusting the health insurance contribution rates for social policy beneficiaries.
5. Decision No. 39/2009/QĐ-TTg dated March 9, 2009 of the Prime Minister on the coordination regulations between forest rangers and civilian self-defense forces in forest protection work.
Article 2. Implementation clause
This Decision shall take effect from September 20, 2018.
2. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of agencies under the Government, Chairmen of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
