REGARDING THE ADOPTION OF THE CHARGES COLLECTION PLAN FOR JOB INTRODUCTION AND LABOUR SUPPLY the SERVICES động

- Pursuant to Decree No. 43/2006/NĐ-CP dated April 25, 2006 of the Government granting autonomy and responsibility for organizational staffing and financial operations of public service units.
- Pursuant to Circular Joint No. 95/2007/TTLB - TC - LĐTBXH dated August 7, 2007 of the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Labour - Invalids and Social Affairs regarding the collection of training and employment fees.
- Based on the functions and authorities of the Director of the Training and Employment Centre of Vinh Long Province.
- Considering the proposals of the Head of the Labour Market Department and the Head of the Administrative and General Affairs Department.
THE DIRECTOR DECIDES
Article 1. To hereby issue this decision along with the "Charges Collection Plan for Job Introduction and Labour Supply in 2009" number /PA-TTGTVL dated January 1, 2009 of the Training and Employment Centre of Vinh Long.
The plan consists of four sections (I to IV) and shall take effect from January 1, 2009.
Article 2. All members of the Board of Directors, Heads of Administrative and General Affairs Departments, Heads of Labour Market Departments, and other relevant officials are responsible for implementing this decision.
