AMENDING CIRCULAR NO. 125/2015/TT-BTC OF AUGUST 20, 2015 OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE ON THE LEVEL OF FEES; REGIME OF COLLECTION, PAYMENT, MANAGEMENT AND USE OF ROADWAY USAGE FEES AT PHU BA TOLL GATE, THUA THIEN HUE PROVINCE
Pursuant to the Ordinance on Fees and Charges No. 38/2001/PL-UBTVQH11 dated August 28, 2001; construction costs; Pursuant to Decree No. 57/2002/NĐ-CP dated June 3, 2002; Decree No. 24/2006/NĐ-CP dated March 6, 2006 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Ordinance on Fees and Charges;
Pursuant to Decree No. 215/2013/NĐ-CP dated December 23, 2013 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure
On the basis of Government Decree No. of the Ministry of Finance; organization Implementing Resolution No. 35/NQ-CP dated May 16, 2016
of the Government on supporting and developing enterprises until 2020; of The Minister of Finance hereby issues this Circular amending Circular No. 125/2015/TT-BTC dated August 20, 2015 on the level of fees; regime of collection, payment, management and use of roadway usage fees at Phu Bai Toll Gate, Thua Thien Hue Province, as follows:
At the proposal of Clause 3, Article 6 of Circular No. 45/2014/TT-BTC dated April 16, 2014 guiding the collection and payment of mandatory contributions, financial management regulations, and accounting and bookkeeping procedures for the Fund for Preventing and Controlling the Harms of Tobacco

Article 1.
AmendingISSUED TOGETHER WITH THIS CIRCULAR1. Fulfilling requirements stipulated in Article 13 of Decree No. 135/2021/NĐ-CP.125/2015/TT-BTC dated August 20, 2015 of the Ministry of Finance on the level of fees; regime of collection, payment, management and use of roadway usage fees at Phu Bai Toll Gate, Thua Thien Hue Province (Annex attached).
Article 2. EFFECTIVE DATE1. This Circular shall take effect from December 1, 2016.
The Head of the Office of the Ministry, the Inspector General of the Ministry, the Heads of Departments, the Director of the Vietnam Highway Corporation, the Directors of Provincial Department of Transport under central cities and provinces, the Heads of agencies, organizations and individuals related shall be responsible for implementing this Circular.a) In case the vehicle owner has purchased the fourth quarter 2016 ticket according to Circular No. 125/2015/TT-BTC, they may continue to use it until the end of the quarter.
2. Transitional provisions:
b) For printed tickets of vehicle groups subject to reduced fee levels under Article 1 of this Circular that have not been fully used, the toll collection unit shall notify the directly managing tax authority and affix the new fee level stamp on the printed tickets for continued use.
3. During the implementation process, if any difficulties arise, please promptly report them to the Ministry of Finance for research and supplementary guidance.
