Regarding the approval of the restructuring and modernization plan for state-owned agricultural and forestry farms under the People's Committee of Lang Son Province
Upon consideration of the proposal of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development and the Chairman of the People's Committee of Lang Son Province,
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 170/2004/NĐ-CP dated September 22, 2004 on the restructuring, renovation, and development of state-owned farms;
Pursuant to Decree No. 200/2004/NĐ-CP dated December 3, 2004 of the Government on the reorganization, modernization, and development of state-owned forest enterprises;
Approves the restructuring and modernization plan for state-owned agricultural and forestry farms under the People's Committee of Lang Son Province as follows:
DECISION:
Article 1. 1. Convert the following forestry farms into forestry companies:
- Dinh Lap Forestry Farm;
- Loc Binh Forestry Farm.
2. Dissolve the following agricultural and forestry farms:
- Huu Lung Agricultural Farm;
- Van Quan Forestry Farm;
- Bac Son Forestry Farm;
- Van Lang Forestry Farm;
- Trang Ding Forestry Farm;
- Binh Gia Forestry Farm.
Chairman of the People's Committee of Lang Son Province:
Article 2. 1. Direct the implementation of the restructuring and modernization of state-owned agricultural and forestry farms as stipulated in Article 1 of this Decision.
2. Issue decisions to adjust land planning, land use plans, and land leasing plans for forestry companies in accordance with local forestry development plans and production and business objectives of each forestry farm.
3. Issue decisions to dissolve state-owned agricultural and forestry farms in accordance with current regulations.
The Ministries of Agriculture and Rural Development, Finance, Planning and Investment, Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, Home Affairs, Natural Resources and Environment, and other relevant ministries shall cooperate with the People's Committee of Lang Son Province in implementing this Plan.
Article 3. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Lang Son Province and heads of relevant agencies are responsible for enforcing this Decision./.
The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development shall be responsible for monitoring the implementation of this Decision.
Article 4. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Lang Son Province and the heads of relevant agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
