THE MINISTER OF TRADE

Pursuant to Decree No. 29/2004/NĐ-CP dated January 16, 2004 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Trade;

At the proposal of the Director of the Import-Export Department,

DECISION:

Article 1. Supplementing Appendix 8 of Decision No. 1420/2004/QĐ-BTM dated October 4, 2004 of the Minister of Trade on the issuance of certificates of origin for Vietnamese goods - Model D to enjoy preferential treatment under the "Agreement on the Framework for the Trade Liberalization (CEPT) for the establishment of the ASEAN Free Trade Area (AFTA)" concerning the rules of origin applicable to wood and aluminum products.

Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.

Article 3. The Head of the Office, Directors of the Organization and Cadre Department, the Import-Export Department, and the Heads of relevant agencies under the Ministry of Trade are responsible for implementing and guiding the implementation of this Decision./.
