Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 74/CP dated November 1, 1995 on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Pursuant to Decree No. 03/2000/NĐ-CP dated February 3, 2000 of the Government guiding the implementation of certain Articles of the Enterprise Law;
Pursuant to Decision No. 19/2000/QĐ-TTg dated February 3, 2000 of the Prime Minister abolishing types of licenses contrary to the provisions of the Enterprise Law;
At the proposal of the Director of the Legal Department and the Director of the Department of Technology Management and Product Quality,
DECISION:
Article 1. Abolish the "Registration Regulation for NPK Fertilizer Practice" issued together with Decision No. 542-KHKT dated October 16, 1993 of the Minister of Heavy Industry.
Article 2. Enterprises of all economic sectors in Vietnam and foreign-invested enterprises producing NPK fertilizer must comply with state regulations on product quality (the total content of major nutrients N + P2O5 + K2O in the fertilizer must not be less than 18%), measurement standards, product labels, environmental protection, and other legal provisions.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of issuance..
Article 4. The Head of the Ministry's Office, Directors of Departments, Heads of Bureaus under the Ministry, and enterprises mentioned in Article 2 are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
