REGARDING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE POST AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY COLLEGE III

Telecommunications and Information Technology II

 

THE MINISTER OF POSTS AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS

 

Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 5, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

Pursuant to Decree No. 90/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications;

Considering the proposal of Vietnam Post and Telecommunications Corporation at Document No. 6723/TCCB-LĐ dated October 14, 2005 regarding the project to upgrade the Vietnam Post Workers' School to a Secondary Vocational School, and based on the agreement of the Ministry of Education and Training at Document No. 10599/BGD&ĐT-TCCB dated November 16, 2005 concerning the establishment of the Telecommunications and Information Technology II Secondary Vocational School;

At the proposal of the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Department,

DECISION:

Article 1. Establish the Telecommunications and Information Technology II Secondary Vocational School based on the Vietnam Post Workers' School II.

Article 2. The Telecommunications and Information Technology II Secondary Vocational School shall have the following tasks:

- Training and upgrading staff with secondary vocational qualifications and lower levels in the fields of Post, Telecommunications, and Information Technology

- Conducting scientific research to serve economic and social development needs.

Article 3. The Telecommunications and Information Technology II Secondary Vocational School is under the Vietnam Post and Telecommunications Corporation, subject to the state management of education by the Ministry of Education and Training; the school operates according to the Charter of secondary vocational schools issued by Decision No. 24/2000/QĐ-BGD&ĐT dated July 11, 2000 of the Minister of Education and Training; the school has legal personality, its own seal and separate account, and its headquarters is located in Da Nang City.

Article 4. This Decision takes effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 5. The Head of the Office, Heads of the Cadre and Civil Servant Department; General Director of Vietnam Post and Telecommunications Corporation, Heads of related units, and Principal of the Vietnam Post Workers' School II are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
