ISSUING REGULATIONS ON CLASSIFICATION OF ROADS FOR DETERMINING ROAD TRANSPORT FREIGHT RATES

THE MINISTER OF TRANSPORTATION

BASED ON THE PRICING ORDINANCE NO. 40/2002/PL-UBTVQH10 OF APRIL 26, 2004;

Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 34/2003/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2003 on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;

At the proposal of the Director of the Vietnam Road Administration and the Head of the Legal Department,

DECISION:

Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION ARE THE REGULATIONS ON CLASSIFICATION OF ROADS FOR DETERMINING ROAD TRANSPORT FREIGHT RATES.

Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.

ABOLISH PRIOR PROVISIONS CONTRARY TO THIS DECISION.

Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE DEPARTMENT, CHAIRMAN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF PROVINCES AND MUNICIPALITIES UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, DIRECTORS OF DEPARTMENTS, DIRECTORS OF THE VIETNAM TRAFFIC SAFETY INSPECTION AND QUALITY CONTROL AGENCY, DIRECTOR OF THE VIETNAM HIGHWAY ADMINISTRATION, GENERAL MANAGERS OF HIGHWAY MANAGEMENT ZONES, AND HEADS OF OTHER RELATED ORGANIZATIONS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
