DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF AQUATIC RESOURCES
Regarding the issuance of the Charter on Organization and Operation under the Parent Company-Subsidiary Model of the Vietnam Fisheries总公司 Vietnam
MINISTER OF AQUATIC RESOURCES
Pursuant to the Government Decree 43/2003/ND-CP May 2, 2003 Government Decree stipulating functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Fisheries;
Pursuant to Decision No. 153/2004/ND-CP August 9, 2004 Government Decree on the organization and management of State-owned Holding Companies and the transformation of State-owned Holding Companies; independent state-owned companies under the Parent Company-Subsidiary model;
Pursuant to Decision No. 243/2003/QĐ-TTg November 17, 2003 Prime Minister Decision regarding the restructuring and piloting of the Vietnam Fisheries Holding Company to operate under the Parent Company-Subsidiary model and Document No. 459/TTg-ĐMDN dated April 20, 2005 of the Prime Minister adjusting the restructuring plan for state-owned enterprises under the Ministry of Fisheries;
Pursuant to Decision No. 31/2005/QĐ-BTS December 6, 2005 Ministry of Fisheries Decision on the transition of the Vietnam Fisheries Holding Company to operate under the Parent Company-Subsidiary model;
Considering the proposal of the Board of Directors of the Vietnam Fisheries Holding Company (Letter No. 82/CV-HĐQT-ĐMDN dated October 7, 2005);
At the proposal of the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Issuing along with this Decision the Charter on Organization and Operation under the Parent Company-Subsidiary Model of the Vietnam Fisheries Holding Company.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, Heads of Departments, Inspectorate, subordinate units of the Ministry, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, Directors of Provincial Fisheries Departments, Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development responsible for fisheries management, Chairpersons of the Board of Directors and General Managers of the Vietnam Fisheries Holding Company shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
