THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENTAL DECREE NO. 36/2003/NĐ-CP OF APRIL 4, 2003, PROVIDING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF CONSTRUCTION;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE HEAD OF THE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT;
DECISION:
Article 1. The Heads of the Office of the Ministry, Directors of the Department of Science and Technology, and Heads of related units are responsible for implementing this Decision.
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry’s Office, the Director of the Science and Technology Department, and the Heads of relevant units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision../.
