Pursuant to Decree No. 49/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 15, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;
Pursuant to Decree No. 116/2003/NĐ-CP dated October 10, 2003 of the Government on the recruitment, use, and management of cadres and civil servants in state-owned public service units;
On the proposal of the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Organization Department,

Article 1. The attached Decision issues "Regulations on Recruitment of Civil Servants in Units Under the Ministry of Health Through Examination".
Article 2. This Decision takes effect 15 days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. All previous regulations that conflict with this Decision are hereby abolished.
Article 3Directors of the Office, Heads of the Cadre and Civil Servant Organization Department, Heads of units under the Ministry, and relevant agencies and units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
