CIRCULAR
Amending and supplementing certain contents of Circular No. 09/2009/TT-BNN dated March 3, 2009 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development on
issuing the List of Plant Protection Products permitted for use, restricted use, and prohibited use in Vietnam

On the basis of Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
On the basis of the Plant Protection and Quarantine Law promulgated on August 8, 2001;
On the basis of the Regulation on Management of Plant Protection Products issued together with Decision No. 89/2006/QĐ-BNN dated October 2, 2006 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
At the proposal of the Director of the Plant Protection Department,
Article 1. Amend certain contents of Circular No. 09/2009/TT-BNN dated March 3, 2009 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development on issuing the List of Plant Protection Products permitted for use, restricted use, and prohibited use in Vietnam including: amending the name of the registering organization, amending the active ingredient content, and amending the composition of the products (Annexes 1, 2, 3 attached).
Supplement registration: 34 cases (including 17 insecticides, 13 fungicides, 2 herbicides, 2 molluscicides) to the List of Plant Protection Products permitted for use in Vietnam (Annex 4 attached).
Article 2. The export and import of Plant Protection Products under this Circular shall be carried out in accordance with the Regulations on Export and Import of Goods issued together with Decree No. 12/2006/NĐ-CP dated January 23, 2006 of the Government.
Article 3. This Circular shall take effect forty-five days from the date of signature.
Article 4. The Director of the Plant Protection Department, the Head of the Ministry's Office, the Heads of units under the Ministry, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
