ISSUING THE REGULAR TRAINING PROGRAM FOR PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHERS

Pursuant to the Education Law on June 14, 2005; the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Education Law on November 25, 2009;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 178/2007/NĐ-CP OF DECEMBER 3, 2007 DEFINING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF MINISTRIES AND GOVERNMENT AGENCIES OF EQUAL STATUS;
Pursuant to Decree No. 32/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 19, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
Pursuant to Decree No. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 31/2011/NĐ-CP OF MAY 11, 2011 AMENDING AND COMPLEMENTING SEVERAL ARTICLES OF THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 75/2006/NĐ-CP OF AUGUST 2, 2006 PROVIDING DETAILED PROVISIONS AND GUIDELINES FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE EDUCATION LAW;
BASED ON THE MINUTES OF THE REVIEW MEETING ON DECEMBER 19, 2010 OF THE REVIEW BOARD FOR THE REGULAR TRAINING PROGRAM FOR PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHERS;
At the proposal of the Director of the Teacher and School Management Officer Department,
THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING DECIDES:
Article 1. TO ISSUE THE REGULAR TRAINING PROGRAM FOR PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHERS ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR.
Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM SEPTEMBER 22, 2011. ANY PROVISION CONTRARY TO THIS CIRCULAR SHALL BE ABROGATED.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE OFFICE, DIRECTOR OF THE NATIONAL TEACHERS AND EDUCATIONAL MANAGEMENT STAFF COUNCIL, HEADS OF UNITS RELATED TO THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING; DIRECTORS OF PROVINCE EDUCATION AND TRAINING SERVICES, HEADS OF INSTITUTIONS TRAINING AND DEVELOPING PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS CIRCULAR./.
