Issuing the List of Outdoor Equipment and Toys
Article 1. Attached to this Circular is the List of Outdoor Equipment and Toys for Early Childhood Education. It includes two groups as follows:
- Kindergarten group;
- Preschool group.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from October 30, 2012.
Based on the List of Outdoor Equipment and Toys for Early Childhood Education attached to this Circular, the departments of education and training shall be responsible for directing the procurement, installation, use, and maintenance of outdoor equipment and toys for recreational purposes at early childhood education facilities.
Article 3. The Head of the Office; the Director of the Department of Educational Infrastructure and School Equipment, Children's Toys; the Director of the Department of Planning and Finance; the Director of the Department of Early Childhood Education; the Director of the Department of Science, Technology and Environment; the Heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training; the Chairpersons of the People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities; and the Directors of the departments of education and training are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
