CIRCULAR

Issuing the National Technical Regulations on pressure equipment on transportation vehicles and exploration and exploitation vessels and equipment at sea

Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;

Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;

Pursuant to Decree No. 12/2017/NĐ-CP dated February 10, 2017 of the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;

At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Science and Technology and the Director of the Vietnam Vehicle Inspection Agency,

The Minister of Transport issues this Circular on issuing National Technical Regulations on pressure equipment on transportation vehicles and exploration and exploitation vessels and equipment at sea.

Article 1. This Circular promulgates the National Technical Regulations on pressure equipment on transportation vehicles and exploration and exploitation vessels and equipment at sea attached hereto.

Code: QCVN 67:2017/BGTVT.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from April 1, 2018. The Circular No. 24/2013/TT-BGTVT dated August 27, 2013 of the Minister of Transport on issuing National Technical Regulations on manufacturing and inspection certification of pressure equipment in transportation is hereby repealed.

Article 3. The Director of the Ministry’s Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, Heads of Departments, Directors of the Vietnam Vehicle Inspection Agency, Heads of agencies, organizations, and individuals concerned are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
