Circular No. 32/2019/TT-BGTVT Announces the List of Maritime Areas under the Management of Marine Port Control Units

CIRCULAR

 Issuing the List of Maritime Zones

under the jurisdiction of the Port Maritime Office

Pursuant to the Vietnam Maritime Code on November 25, 2015;

Pursuant to Decree No. 12/2017/NĐ-CP dated February 10, 2017, issued by the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;

1. Amending Clause 2 Article 2 as follows:

At the proposal of the Director of the Legal Department and the Director General of the Vietnam Maritime Administration;

The Minister of Transport issues this Circular to announce the List of Maritime Zones under the jurisdiction of the Port Maritime Office.

Article 1. Scope of Regulation and Applicability

Article 1. This Circular stipulates the List of Maritime Zones under the jurisdiction of the Port Maritime Office.

Article 2. This Circular applies to organizations and individuals, both domestic and foreign, related to the activities of vessels within the maritime zones under the jurisdiction of the Port Maritime Office.

Article 2. List of Maritime Zones

Announcing the List of Maritime Zones under the jurisdiction of the Port Maritime Office as set out in the Appendix attached hereto.

Article 3. Effectiveness

1. This Circular takes effect from January 1, 2020.

Clause 2. Abolishing previous regulations on the List of Maritime Zones under the jurisdiction of the Port Maritime Office that are inconsistent with this Circular.

Article 4. Organization of Implementation

The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, Heads of Departments, Directors of the Vietnam Maritime Administration, Directors of the Vietnam Inland Waterways Administration, Directors of Provincial and Municipal Departments of Transport under the Central Government, Heads of agencies, organizations, and individuals concerned are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
