CIRCULAR

Issuing Guidelines for Basic Design of Commune Health Stations

Pursuant to Decree No. 75/2017/NĐ-CP dated June 20, 2017 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;

Pursuant to Decree No. 117/2014/NĐ-CP dated December 8, 2014 of the Government stipulating the organization, functions, tasks, operational conditions, and human resources of commune health stations;

At the proposal of the Director of the Medical Equipment and Construction Department and the Director of the Legal Department,

The Minister of Health issues this Circular on guidelines for basic design of commune health stations.

Article 1. Guidelines for Basic Design of Commune Health Stations

This Circular hereby promulgates Guidelines for Basic Design of Commune Health Stations (referred to as commune health stations).

Article 2. Effective Date

This Circular takes effect from February 15, 2022.

Article 3. Reference Provisions

In case the referenced documents in the guidelines for basic design of commune health stations issued together with this Circular are replaced or amended, they shall be implemented according to the replaced or amended documents.

Article 4. Transitional Provisions

For projects approved by competent authorities before the effective date of this Circular and for projects involving renovation, repair, and upgrading of commune health stations, the design guidelines of this Circular may be referred to for adjustment as appropriate.

State-owned enterprises that have been assigned by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development to conduct offshore wind power project surveys before the effective date of this Circular shall continue to implement according to the assigned documents; any new matters arising after the effective date of this Circular shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of this Circular.

The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Medical Equipment and Construction Department, the Head of the Inspectorate, the Directors, the Heads of Departments, Bureaus, and General Departments under the Ministry of Health, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular. Any difficulties or obstacles encountered during implementation should be reported to the Ministry of Health (Medical Equipment and Construction Department) for consideration and resolution.
