DECREE

No. 32 dated September 13, 1945

CHAIRMAN OF THE PROVISIONAL GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

Pursuant to Decree No. 18 dated September 8, 1945 abolishing the position of academic official,

At the proposal of the Minister of Home Affairs,

After deliberation by the Council of Ministers,

DECREE:

Article 1: Abolish the two ranks of Administrative Officials and Judicial Officials. The officials in these ranks shall be considered as having resigned from their positions effective on the date this Decree is signed.

Article 2: If such officials are needed, they may be reassigned to other ranks based on their competence and integrity.

Article 3: The Ministers of Home Affairs and Justice shall be responsible for implementing this Decree.
