Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Law on Encouragement of Competition and Reward dated November 26, 2003, and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Encouragement of Competition and Reward dated June 14, 2005;
Pursuant to Decree No. 121/2005/NĐ-CP dated September 30, 2005 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain articles of the Law on Encouragement of Competition and Reward and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Encouragement of Competition and Reward;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Industry and Trade (Proposal No. 17/TTr-BCT dated January 2, 2008) and the Head of the Central Steering Committee for Encouragement of Competition and Reward (Proposal No. 282/TTr-BTĐKT dated March 10, 2008),
DECISION:
Article 1. Awarding the Prime Minister's Flag of Excellence to:
1. Hoang Gai Coal Washing Company - TKV under the Vietnam National Coal-Mineral Industries Group;
2. Mining Geology Company - TKV under the Vietnam National Coal-Mineral Industries Group;
3. Bac Viet Mining Joint Stock Company Limited - TKV under the Vietnam National Coal-Mineral Industries Group,
For having excellently completed all assigned tasks and leading the patriotic emulation movement in 2007 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
Article 2. The Minister of Industry and Trade, the Head of the Central Steering Committee for Encouragement of Competition and Reward, and the entities named in Article 1 shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
